Heather D
Hey Mama’s, I’m Heather. I am a native Daytonian, a wife, and working mom of an energetic two year old boy. While I’ve always dreamed of living somewhere else (the beach, sigh) I can say that my husband and I are happy to call the Centerville area our home. I graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and currently work in office administration and accounting. After having my son I was diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic, and hope to educate others on living life with the “beetus” and a toddler. When I’m not working or testing my blood sugar I like spend to time with my family, friends and our 4 dogs (yes, I have a small circus in my house). I love a good laugh, trying new things, shopping, traveling and attempting pinterest projects. ::Favorite things about motherhood:: I love my son's laughter, his smile and unconditional love. Being a mom has given me a purpose and something to look forward to everyday.

  1. “How are you this little and have so much anger over socks!” HAHA! I LOVE this, it reminds me of some of those buzzfeed posts about the ridiculous things that set toddlers off. I have to remind myself and Jeff that you can’t ‘rationalize with a toddler.’ Any good tips for us? I think Sutton is a little older than Cooper.
